Dr. Adam Woods shares how going vegan can be a much-needed boost to your health.

Mainstage: You Are A Human Billboard​
What is your message to those around you? Rae Sikora shows us how aligning our deepest core
​values with our actions is one of the most powerful things we can do in the world.

Breakout Session Room: Raising Vegan Children
JoAnn and Sarina Farb, mother and daughter activists from the Midwest, talk about how to raise the next generation to change the world! Hear practical answers about how and why to raise children as vegans from birth.

Cooking Classroom: Fast and Easy Vegan Cooking for the Busy Family
Carolyn Howe will demonstrate how to build a quick and healthy salad, create delicious
​un-tuna salad sandwiches, make a vegan ziti bake, and more. Samples are included!

 Mainstage: From Farm to Fable - What the Food Industry Doesn't Want You to Know
Robert Grillo explains how our society has evolved into a culture of mass animal consumption by presenting several concrete and recognizable fictions from our everyday lives. By naming and identifying these fictions, we take the first major step to becoming a more evolved, fair, and compassionate society. 

Breakout Session Room: Becoming Vegan
Carol Throckmorton shares an easy, practical approach for transitioning from an
omnivorous diet to a plant-based, whole foods lifestyle.

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding the Unitarian Universalist Society
during this guided outing. (Weather permitting.)

Mainstage: Eating for Health, the Earth, and Animals
Dr. Mylan Engel explores how simple dietary changes can improve our health,
protect our planet, and reduce animal suffering.

Breakout Session Room: Brilliant Chickens, Einstein Squid (Family Program)
Rae Sikora guides children through a gentle and fun exploration of
animal intelligence, emotions, and relationships through true stories about
everyone from dung beetles to elephants!

Cooking Classroom: Tofu Magic!
Cindy Spading, RDN, LD will demonstrate some of her favorite tofu recipes, including
​tofu scramble, quiche, easy marinated tofu, and a vegan sour cream. Samples are included!

Mainstage: How Social Change Happens, and Why a Vegan World is Coming
Over the centuries, visionaries, scientists, and those on the cutting edge of a new paradigm
have been met with outrage, censorship, and dismissal. Today we often see a similar response
to those talking about veganism. Sarina Farb takes a critical historical look at how society often
gets it wrong, and how to help break this cycle.

Breakout Session Room: Doing Our Part for the Environment - Waste Less!
Claire Jacobmeyer shares tips and tricks for living a zero waste lifestyle, and
detailed facts about how our current habits are destroying our environment.
